Each and every piece of SteamLine Luggage is handcrafted from beautiful, durable materials. Before being made available to our warehouses across the world, cases are put through a series of stringent quality control tests in order to allow us ship a superior piece of luggage to your doorstep. However, if an issue occurs with your suitcase that is caused by a manufacturing defect we will look after you and either repair or replace the case.
If you wish to return your case for reasons other than a manufacturer’s defect, we will happily offer a money back guarantee for the item as long as it is unused and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Please note that the cost of returning the luggage in this instance - including shipping, additional packaging and any applicable taxes and charges - will be your responsibility.
Your SteamLine Suitcase is covered by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase covering manufacturing defects only. Defects should be reported to SteamLine Luggage customer service to to assessed.
Airline damage is not covered by SteamLine warranty and should be reported to the airline immediately. Wear and tear including scuffed leather and colour damage to pasco coloured surface caused by baggage handlers and personal use will not be covered by warranty. Misuse, neglect, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage are not covered by warranty. Damage to locks due to force will not be covered by warranty.
